Warranties, Shipping, Returns & Pricing

Warranty We want to make sure you are completely satisfied with your selection. If for any reason you are unhappy with a product you have purchased from Big Rock Outfitters, you can return it in its original packaging and condition within 7 days of receiving the product. We will exchange the item or provide you a full refund minus the original shipping charges. If the return is due to our mistake or damaged goods, the associated shipping charges will also be refunded.  

All returned products must be in fully marketable condition including all literature, packing and inserts. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Customers must receive an RMA number before returning any product (see instructions below). 

Obtaining an RMA Before returning any product, please obtain an RMA number. These are courteously issued by our customer service staff. You may obtain an RMA number via email at service@bigrockoutfitters.com. Please reference your invoice number in the subject line along with the letters RMA. Let us know which products you'd like to return or exchange, and include full contact information in case we have any questions.

Manufacturer Warranty For products that are found to be defective or requiring service after 7 days has elapsed; please follow instructions for service under the manufacturer's warranty. Links and contact information for most of the manufacturers we carry can be found on the page for the product you purchased. If you have any questions about Big Rock Outfitter’s guarantee or products, please contact us at service@bigrockoutfitters.com.

Shipping Currently, we can only sell and ship to addresses in the US. We apologize to any foreign customers. We use UPS and USPS as our standard shippers. Customers should note that UPS does not ship to P.O. Boxes, or APO / FPO addresses. Occasionally, we may use a different shipper than you choose during checkout, especially if your item is out of stock and we arrange a drop shipment. The customer will only be charged the amount stated during the checkout.

Shipping Costs Shipping costs are based on the actual weight of your package rather than a flat fee. If you decide not to complete your order, you may simply remove items from your cart without continuing the "Checkout" process. Information we request during the checkout process is necessary to insure prompt delivery of your order, however the privacy of your information is always respected.

Returned Shipments For shipments that are refused or returned as deliverable, we will charge the customer for any return shipping costs if the return did not result from an error on our part. UPS generally charges a $10.00 fee for return of deliverable packages. It is best to check your address closely. If a refund is made to the customer, the return fees are deducted from the refund. We do not mark up return fees, but only charge the customer for the actual fees we pay.

Shipping Times We ship from our location in Lexington, SC. Generally, we use USPS as the primary shipper but we also use UPS depending on the weight and size of your package. If a shipping company other than the one selected is used, you will be notified in advance. Generally, orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days depending on shipping volume.   

Our stock quantities are linked both to our local inventory and to our distribution warehouses. We strive to keep a good supply of commonly ordered items at our local store but may need to pull your particular order directly from the distributor. Shipments coming from the distributor may require longer transit times. If we see any delay in your order, Big Rock Outfitters will contact you within 24 hours of the order and provide you with an updated delivery date. If it is imperative that you receive a product by a specific date, please contact us prior to ordering to check current stock levels.  We will do everything we can to ensure that your timeframe is met.   

USPS – Currently we offer USPS Priority mail and Parcel Post delivery. Packages under these services generally arrive between 2 to 4 business days (Priority Mail) and 2 to 9 (Parcel Post). Delivery times are not guaranteed and the number of days depends directly on the distance between our location and the ship to address.  

UPS - For standard shipping timeframes, please refer to a UPS ground map this information is provided to us by UPS. Big Rock Outfitters does not warrant its accuracy.

Damaged Goods - All products received damaged due to shipping must be identified to Big Rock Outfitters within 7 days of receipt. Please contact customer service at service@bigrockoutfitters.com to report damage. Please save shipping packaging for examination by the carrier so we can be reimbursed too. We insure all shipments against damage in transit. Sorry, but product that is returned in non-marketable condition can only be accepted under this provision.
